New Glynn Lounge featuring a portrait of the Glynn benefactors

Glynn Scholars returned from Fall Break to find the Glynn Program all moved into its brand new space on the second floor of O'Shaughnessy Hall. The Glynn Scholars' Lounge, some 25% larger than the old suite on the third floor, includes study and lounge areas, a new conference room, a kitchen (with running water!), and office space for Glynn faculty and staff. The renovation, over a year in the planning, was made possible by a generous gift from the Program's benefactors, John and Barbara Glynn. The project was also featured in The Observer

Glynn Scholars will continue to find coffee and bagels on offer in the new lounge every morning, snacks in the afternoon, free printing, and an archive of Glynn senior theses by past Scholars which can be consulted at any time. New to the space is a wall of bookshelves stocked with a complete run of the Oxford Short Introductions series, free for browsing inside the Glynn Lounge. Stop by and say hello!
