Our alumni have won numerous Rhodes, Marshall, Truman, Gates, Goldwater, Schwarzman, and Fulbright scholarships. Glynn Scholars excel in some of the world's top Ph.D. programs and go on to impactful careers in teaching and research. Others fill the ranks of the nation's best medical and law schools. Still others go on to rewarding careers with top firms in finance and industry. And some proudly continue Notre Dame's tradition of service before moving on to graduate school or full-time jobs.

Prathm Juneja '20
Rhodes Scholar, Ph.D. candidate, University of Oxford
Prathm Juneja graduated with a B.A. in political science and a B.S. in computer science. After winning both a Rhodes (2020) and a Truman (2019) scholarship, he received an M.Sc. in data science from the Oxford Internet Institute, where he is now a D.Phil. candidate. Juneja's research focuses on the intersection of technology and government. He also served as a data engineer on the presidential campaign of Pete Buttigieg.

Prathm Juneja '20
Rhodes Scholar, Ph.D. candidate, University of Oxford
Prathm Juneja graduated with a B.A. in political science and a B.S. in computer science. Joseph Ong '16
Analytical Scientist, Novartis Industries
Joseph Ong is a scientist in the field of gene therapy. He completed a B.S. in chemistry at Notre Dame before finishing a Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular, and structural biology at UCLA in 2022. While at UCLA, he was a National Science Foundation Research Fellow and was awarded the Robert A. Smith Dissertation Award. Ong now works at Novartis Industries as an analytical scientist.

Natasha Reifenberg '18
J.D. Candidate, Yale Law School
Natasha Reifenberg completed a B.A. in philosophy at Notre Dame and was a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship. In 2019, Reifenberg was a Fulbright Scholar to Chile where she studied changing societal attitudes and legal and political strategies toward gender-based violence. She is now a J.D. candidate at Yale Law School where she serves as a first-year editor of the Yale Law Journal. She remains passionate about immigrant and women's rights advocacy.

Joseph Van der Zee '12
History Teacher, Mansueto High School, Chicago
After completing a B.A. in History at Notre Dame, Joseph Van der Zee joined the Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) program. He taught in Texas and then worked for five years developing a new English learning center at a K-12 school in Santiago, Chile. Since 2019, he has taught 11th grade history at Mansueto High School, a Noble Network charter school in Southwest Chicago.

Madeline Owen '21
Medical Student, Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University
Madeline Owen majored in neuroscience and behavior at Notre Dame and is currently a medical student at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, where she is co-president of Feinberg’s Association of Women Surgeons chapter, a member of the healthcare consulting organization Second Opinions, and involved in orthopedic/sports medicine research. Her current specialty interests are in orthopedic surgery/sports medicine, orthopedic spinal surgery or neurosurgery, and plastic surgery.
